I have been in therapy for 33 years, and no one has made such ground as Paul with my therapy. I felt at ease with Paul straight away in terms of sharing. I never did so much writing and homework with any counsellor and found this to be the key to finding my core issue to be abandonment.
After 8 months of intensive work with Paul I went on to find that this core to be the root of all my problems! This I found very comforting and given me back direction in my life! I would recommend anyone who has any issues, or just need direction to invest in time with Paul.
